Expert Physiotherapy Services
Comprehensive Care for Every Condition
Each service is delivered by qualified physiotherapists using evidence-based techniques tailored to your recovery goals.
Manual Therapy
Manual therapy involves skilled, hands-on techniques applied by our physiotherapists to diagnose and treat soft tissue and joint pain. Techniques include joint mobilisation, spinal manipulation, and soft tissue massage to restore normal movement and reduce pain.
Each session is carefully tailored to your specific condition. Our physiotherapists perform a full assessment before beginning treatment to ensure the safest, most effective approach for your recovery.
People with back pain, neck pain, joint stiffness, headaches, post-surgical recovery, or anyone seeking drug-free pain relief through hands-on treatment.
- Reduces joint stiffness and pain
- Improves range of motion
- Relieves muscle tension
- Restores normal movement patterns
- Reduces dependency on medication
- Speeds up overall recovery
Dry Needling
Dry needling targets myofascial trigger points — tight, painful knots in muscles that cause local and referred pain. Ultra-fine needles are inserted into these points to release tension, improve blood flow, and reset the muscle's normal function.
Unlike acupuncture, dry needling is based on Western anatomical and neurophysiological principles. It is highly effective for persistent muscular pain that has not responded to other treatments.
People with chronic muscle pain, neck and shoulder tension, lower back pain, sports injuries, fibromyalgia, tennis elbow, or persistent trigger point pain.
- Rapid, targeted pain relief
- Deep muscle relaxation
- Improved blood circulation
- Effective for chronic pain
- Reduces referred pain patterns
- Enhances other physiotherapy results
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy uses specialised suction cups placed on the skin to create negative pressure. This lifts the fascia and muscle tissue, dramatically improving circulation, reducing inflammation, and promoting natural healing at a deep tissue level.
Our physiotherapists use both dry cupping and sliding cupping techniques, often combined with manual therapy for enhanced results. Temporary circular marks on the skin are normal and fade within a few days.
People with back pain, neck stiffness, sports muscle soreness, poor circulation, respiratory issues, or those seeking deep relaxation and tissue detoxification.
- Improves deep tissue circulation
- Relieves chronic muscle tightness
- Reduces inflammation
- Breaks down scar tissue
- Promotes deep relaxation
- Supports faster sports recovery

Sports Rehabilitation
Our sports rehabilitation programme takes a systematic, evidence-based approach to injury recovery. From initial assessment and diagnosis through to return-to-sport testing, we design a personalised programme for every athlete — professional or recreational.
Treatment combines manual therapy, targeted exercises, neuromuscular retraining, and functional movement training to ensure you return stronger, safer, and more resilient than before your injury.
Athletes recovering from sprains, muscle tears, ligament injuries, stress fractures, shoulder dislocations, knee injuries (ACL/meniscus), or anyone wanting to return to sport safely.
- Accurate injury assessment & diagnosis
- Structured, progressive recovery plan
- Strength & conditioning training
- Neuromuscular retraining
- Re-injury prevention strategies
- Safe & confident return to sport
Stroke Rehabilitation
Stroke can cause sudden loss of movement, balance, coordination, and independence. Our neurological physiotherapy programme uses the latest evidence-based techniques to rebuild these functions through targeted repetitive exercises and functional retraining of the brain-body connection.
We work closely with the patient and their family, setting realistic goals and celebrating every milestone. Early rehabilitation after a stroke leads to significantly better long-term outcomes — early referral is strongly encouraged.
Stroke survivors at any stage of recovery — acute, sub-acute, or chronic. Also suitable for those with other neurological conditions such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, or brain injury.
- Improved balance & coordination
- Arm & leg strength recovery
- Walking gait retraining
- Spasticity & tone management
- Independence in daily activities
- Family & caregiver guidance
